Refund policy
Cream Prints does not accept returns.
Each print is carefully made to order just for you and is therefore non-returnable. Once your order is placed, our team begins the printing and finishing process to ensure the highest quality.
If your print arrives damaged or you received the wrong image, please contact us at jp@creamprints.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the shipping box and detailed shots of the damage, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but refunds or store credit will not be issued.
Shipments to Warehouses or Third-Party Receivers
If your order is sent to a warehouse, art installer, framer, storage facility, or other third-party receiver, please check and approve the prints upon arrival. Ownership transfers once the prints are checked in, and Cream Prints is no longer responsible for the items after that point.
